Pregnancy comes with a wide variety of symptoms and experiences, some of which are uncontrollable, but some of which can be addressed and soothed. With 9 month access to these classes, I hope to give you an opportunity to aid your body
and baby with some intention, time, instruction, and yummy movement

The Pregnant Pelvis

As we grow in time and space, our pelvis grows as well. One of the main goals as you progress into the third trimester, is to drop & rotate the baby down into the pelvis. How might we do this?... through movement! This conversation offers a visual of the pelvic structure and a breakdown of our body's movement mechanics to give you a deeper understanding of how movement can facilitate harmony between you and your baby.
